How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order over $100 ships for free. Orders below that amount are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our support team with your order number to start a return.
How do I track my order?
Log in to My Account and open the Orders tab. Each shipped order shows its carrier and tracking number.
Are your products safe for puppies and kittens?
